Born in 1994 shortly after the recession of the late 1980’s TMC was set up to provide support for organisations looking to maximise their office space and offer the best working environment for their staff. In the 90’s TMC pioneered methods of predicting future space requirements and planning for organizational growth by a process of key staff interviews and data analysis, combined with block and space planning.

Working closely with our Clients we became involved in the implementation of our designs and ideas, providing all the disciplines needed to achieve a successfully completed project.

TMC has earned a reputation for delivering high pressure, time critical projects where organization and Project Management are paramount and the strength of relationships with the Client and supply partners is the key to our success. Today we work with corporate organisations where we can offer a menu of services which are flexible and cost effective, providing support wherever and whenever it is needed.
